Pricing for chalet to rent
Pricing for this self catering chalet is daily, depending on the season, occupancy and extras. Winter is high season - Christmas to the end of March. Other periods are priced the same. The rates are 110-130CHF per night.There is also tourist tax which payable at the tourist information office.
This self catering chalet is very fairly priced, The optional additional costs are 70 CHF per week,for final cleaning. We have decided to include bed linen, 'bath' towels and kitchen towels in the price All electric water etc is included in the price. This chalet in the alps can sleep up to 8 so the charges may be higher depending on the occupancy and how much of the chalet is used.
So to save money you clean the chalet at the end of your holiday, to the standard you found it in. We hope in all cases that visitors treat the chalet as they would expect others to treat their home. We hope to offer a very fairly priced chalet to rent in the Alps which encourages people to return, and help the chalet to be used more, whilst we are tied to school holidays.
A rough idea of costs
Prices depend on occupancy, time of year and whether per person per final cleaning (CHF70). There are no extra charges for electric, heating etc, but there is a tourist tax in Switzerland which is payable by the tourist direct - 2.40CHF per night for an adult ,0.90CHF for a child so 2 adults and 2 children pay around CHF46,2 per week.
In Hasliberg prices are based on a price per night for the chalet - we charge 110-130 Swiss Francs per night - so for 7 ‘nights’ 770-910 CHF or £500 - £600 per week (7 nights).
So for 8 guests, say 2 families the price could be £500+£50 = £550 inc tax & no extras.
